What is Liberty?

"The state of being free." 

Liberty dates back to the old European style circus, movies, and various entertainment shows. It is the ability of the horse to work freely around the handler without tack performing maneuvers seen in other disciplines. With the founding of the International Liberty Horse Association in 2019, Liberty became recognized as a competitive sport and discipline within the horse industry.
